
Backup Smart Phone Locally
- Here are some solid methods for backing up your smartphone locally, depending on whether you’re using an iPhone or an Android device:
- For iPhone Users:
- iTunes/Finder Backup:
- Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cable.
- Open iTunes (on Windows or macOS Mojave and earlier) or Finder (on macOS Catalina and later).
- Select your device when it appears in the app.
- Click “Back Up Now” to create a local backup of your iPhone on your computer.

- Manual Backup to Computer:
- Connect your Android device to your computer with a USB cable.
